We aim to provide you with quality goods very precisely with our cost of transportation and sources involved in the order placed by you. We make sure that your package will be delivered within the time frame as promised from our end without compromising the quality of the product assured by us.

All fitness machines, including cardio, strength, free weights and accessories, are non- refundable.

Bulk orders are not eligible for any return or refund.

If a product is undelivered because of an incorrect address shared by the customer, we can reship the order, but additional courier charges will be charged to the customer.

The amount deposited for partial prepaid orders will not be refunded if the customer doesn’t accept the product on delivery or provide the wrong address. This makes sure that only genuine orders are entertained.

Products must not be returned to us to get a refund, as there will be no returns or exchanges accepted from our end

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Manufacturing defect
  • Damaged at the time of delivery
  • Wrong goods delivered
  • Wrong Quantity

Return: If the goods delivered are damaged due to the above-mentioned points, the User can send photographs of the goods to email id service@energiefitness.in within 48 hours of delivery. Only after Energie Fitness’s After-Sales service team is satisfied return shall be made.

Replacement will be initiated only upon receiving the goods. Please allow one to three weeks from the day we receive the goods for your replacement request to be processed. You will be contacted once your request is processed.

After approval, goods need to be couriered back to the warehouse of Energie Fitness.

Please keep the goods ready with all tags & accessories.

Please take care of the following points, while packing your goods for Pickup –

  • Should be packed properly to avoid any damage during transit
  • Goods should not be used/altered/ tampered
  • Keep original packing intact

Once verified by the Energie Fitness’s executive the goods will be replaced and will be delivered back to you.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

Orders once placed, cannot be cancelled for any reason. There shall be no refunds only replacement is possible as per our Replacement Policy. There shall be no cash refund once the order is placed.
